Cold-Fast Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within thirty days of delivery for unopened, unused units in original packaging. Opened or installed units cannot be returned unless the unit is defective.

Defective units are covered under the one-year parts warranty and will be repaired or replaced at Cold-Fast's discretion.

Return shipping on approved returns is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of the unit being received and inspected and are subject to the item being returned.
